For International Students
What age groups do you accept?
We welcome students from Grade 5 to Grade 12, which includes elementary, middle, and high school levels. We currently do not offer university placements.
How do I apply to become an exchange student?

Can I choose my host family?
We take your preferences seriously and do our best to match you with a family that fits your needs. However, we cannot guarantee specific placements.
Do I need to speak fluent English to participate?
While English fluency is not mandatory, a basic understanding of the language will help you adjust more easily. We support students as they improve their language skills.
How long can I stay?
Students can apply for short-term stays or full academic years, depending on their needs and visa conditions.
What support will I receive while in Canada?
We provide 24/7 emergency assistance, regular check-ins, and a dedicated support team to ensure your safety and well-being.
What are the tuition and program fees?

For Host Families
Who can host a student?
Any responsible adult or family who can provide a safe, caring home environment is welcome to apply.
What is expected of a host family?
Hosts are expected to provide a private or shared bedroom, three meals a day, and a welcoming home environment. Regular communication and support are also encouraged.
Will I receive compensation?
Yes. Host families receive a monthly stipend to help cover the costs of food and utilities.
What kind of students will we host?
Students come from various countries and are between Grades 5 to 12. We match based on mutual preferences wherever possible.

Pricing & Fees
What does the tuition cover?
Tuition includes academic instruction, custodianship, and access to student support services. Accommodation and meals are covered separately by the host stipend.
Are there additional fees?

Can I pay in instalments?

Travel & Support
How do you ensure student safety?
We conduct background checks on all host families and perform regular follow-ups to ensure the student is comfortable and safe.
Do you provide airport pickup?
Yes, airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged. Let us know your travel details ahead of time.
Can parents visit their children during the program?
Absolutely. We encourage visits with prior notice and coordination with the host family.
