Curriculum & Courses
Students follow the Alberta Education curriculum, ensuring a consistent and recognised learning experience across the province. Core subjects include:

Applying for Less than a Semester?
Requests for programming under one semester are approved case by case. Fees are prorated based on annual tuition and insurance. To receive a quote, please contact us.
Payment Information
All fees are payable in Canadian dollars. An invoice will be issued after your application is approved. Payments are processed via Flywire. If you require further assistance with payment by flywire, please refer to their website. Deadline: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided if the student:
● Is denied admission to the school
● Is unable to obtain a Study Permit
– Submit the IRCC rejection letter with a Refund Request Form
● Becomes a Permanent Resident of Canada or obtains a valid Work/Study Permit (program-dependent) prior to September 30
● Has not yet commenced study with us
Important Notes:
● No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
● Once a student begins study, no refunds will be processed.
● All refund requests must be in writing and sent for review.
● Refunds will only be returned to the original payer.
● No refunds are issued for unforeseen disruptions such as natural disasters, staffing issues, or political events.

● Student Application Form: For students applying to participate in the exchange programme (Download Student Application Form)
● Host Application Form: For families or individuals interested in hosting an internation student (Download Host Application Form)
● Parental Consent Form: Must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian for all applicants under 18 (Download Parental Consent form)
● Refund Request Form: For applicants requesting a refund due to study permit denial, withdrawal, or ineligibility (Download Refund Request form)
